More NFT nonsense as Stalker 2 will let certain NFT owners become in-game NPCs

The developers of the new Stalker 2, will support NFT options via their new Stalker Metaverse. The blockchain will allow gamers to own a part of the game. It'll give them access to unique items in game. As well, it sounds like some people who invest in these NFTs, will be able to become NPCs in game. One lucky person will become one of the metahumans in game, that you can face off against. 

Part of it sounds cool, but I still feel weirded out by NFTs yet. What do you guys think? Are all these NFT things popping up games turning you away from some games?

NFTs, metaverse are going to be a norm soon. You'd see how the top gamers move to it and then will take crowd with them. We have no option than to adopt the new micro transaction and the NFT, metaverse world.
