Shortie Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Something I have been doing for a while now is using my mobile phone to track how many steps I achieve per day. Sometimes I am able to hit my target of 10,000 steps and other times I get close but not quite there. It is nice to be able to track them and see how well you do in terms of activity each day. Do you track your daily steps on your phone when walking?
Knight Plug Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 I think my phone does. My mobile service is actually down today. It's so cold and there is ice everywhere. Then I slipped near my accommodation when I went out to head to the hospital, to use their WiFi about an hour ago. 🤳 Snow is fine. But ice is dangerous. 🧊 🤤
Bizdustry Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 I use my Apple iPhone to keep track of my steps. As a security officer, I deal with a lot incidents that sometime require physical intervention. I’ll generally hit around 10-15 thousand but this is my best so far below.
svjiminfxv Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 I only check during the Summer months. I don't tend to check during the Winter months as I'm not outside walking around too often.
Debashis Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 Yes, I have the Google Fit app installed in my phone. It keeps track of every single step I take and also tells me whether I'm meeting the expected no. of steps set by W.H.O. in the app.
