killamch89 Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Hey everyone! Have you ever tried games that require physical movement, like those on the Nintendo Wii? What are the benefits of this type of gaming and have you experienced them personally? Does it make exercising more enjoyable?
Kennysplash Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 You are exercising, but in a fun way. This is good for people that engage in calisthenics. They don’t have to leave their environment to exercise effectively. It also involves the use of most of the body parts, which is great.

I used to have those Sports games on the WII and WII U and I thought most of them were pretty underrated. It was a great concept by Nintendo but it was poorly executed.
Lens Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 I'm a very big fan of physical movement games. They're a great way to get people moving and to also get involved in exercising while you have fun at the same time.
Button Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 The physical movement games are a great way to stay very active and engaged as well. In actuality, I've used some games like Zombies and Run stay motivated with my workouts.
