killamch89 Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 When you buy food, do you read the nutrition information on the packaging? If so, what are the key things you look for? Do you focus on calories, sugar, fats, or something else?
The Blackangel Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 I do. I check how much sugar is in things. I also check the amount of potassium in everything. I’m on a medication that raises my potassium levels, so I have to be careful about what I’m eating. It also means that I can only eat bananas on a rare occasion. Which sucks because I love bananas. killamch89 1
