The only thing I can think of is that some woman named Karen was bitching out some employee wherever the hell she was, and when asked for her name she told them it was Karen. From there it begins as an inside joke. Then it’s picked up by other people and snowballs from there. I wonder about weird shit like this. Maybe it’s because I’m weird.
