How do you feel about the integration of live news feeds within the Xbox dashboard?

Microsoft added live news ticker feeds directly on the Xbox dashboard, and I’m torn. On one hand, it’s handy to catch quick headlines without quitting my game; on the other, I worry about distraction and information overload. Do you appreciate having up-to-the-minute sports scores, headlines, or trending topics while gaming? Or would you prefer a cleaner interface dedicated solely to gameplay? How has this feature affected your focus during sessions?

Live news feeds on the Xbox dashboard are a mixed bag.  Helpful for quick updates, but can be distracting, especially during gameplay.  A toggle would be ideal.

This one is a personal preference I feel. I wouldn't say I mind a live news feed as long as it provided news that I was interested in. Some though would much prefer just a video game interface and that is understandable being that is what we are all used to.

I find the news integration valuable primarily for game-specific updates rather than general headlines. Seeing patch notes, in-game events, and developer messages directly on my dashboard improves my gaming experience, but the general news content feels like unnecessary clutter in what should be a focused gaming interface.
