What do you consider when buying a smart watch?

There are a lot of factors that should be considered when getting a new device, and getting a smart watch should be treated in the same range as well. What are the factors that you look at before buying a smart watch?

The battery. I can’t even stress that enough, I once used one that lasts only 45 minutes, it was horrible. Though they made me understand that it was an error from the company.

Using any device such as a smart watch that the battery last only 45 minutes is a total waste of money. I can imagine how angry and disappointed that you were when you discovered the watch has that kind of issue.

Battery life is my absolute priority since a dead smartwatch is just an expensive bracelet. I need at least 3-4 days between charges or it becomes another daily chore. My Garmin Instinct lasts nearly two weeks, which makes fitness tracking actually sustainable rather than something I abandon after a month of charging frustration.
