Which survival horror game actually scared you?

I am not a huge fan of survival horror games so I can't say that any have ever scared me but I know there are some horror survival games that have given some gamers jump scares.

Alien: Isolation terrified me because the xenomorph AI was genuinely unpredictable. I'd hide in lockers holding my breath both in-game and in real life. The sound design amplified the fear - hearing it crawl through vents above me made my heart race
