I also think that phone wallet makes you spend more. So if we consider those options. Each month you have to focus on the budget based sites. Some times you can do budgeting by tracking where you are spending the money. I have learned to control finance that way.

I do track my spending but I also allocate money to certain important needs such as rent, food and bills way ahead of time. Everything else is a luxury to me.
