Dragon's Dogma is a game I vaguely remember playing for the PS3 and it kind of reminds me of Dark Souls a bit but that is mainly due to certain gameplay mechanics.

Aye, Dark Souls is an apt comparison. I played it back on PS3 as well. Put about 10 hours into it but it didn’t click with me. Still, I’m willing to give it a second shot. I do love playing RPGs on the go.

Well my cousin loved the game and he is a pretty hard person to please but I agree, it didn't quite click with me either.
