UK Government Will Not Ban Lootboxes Because They Don't Consider It Gambling

I used to hear British people complain about their incompetent government but now I am starting to understand why.

I don't think pay to win and microtransactions and in app purchase are any gambling. It's just taking advantage of people who have money.
