  2. What factors into making a game “atmospheric?” I think for me, it is a combination of art design, ambient sounds, a sense of mystery, and overall immersion. But it is hard to pin down.
  3. Ken Levine’s new game Judas is finally slated for release early in 2025. Meanwhile, BioShock 4 is reportedly still under development. Which of these two games are you more exited about? I am a huge BioShock fan. Right now, I am most excited for Judas, as I can’t help thinking it may end up being more BioShock-y than whatever BioShock 4 ends up being.
  4. What are some games where the physics of the game is utilized in puzzle design in some way? For example, this factors into gameplay in Outer Wilds. I was somewhat surprised that I got into it a lot.
  5. Has anyone ever noticed that it sometimes suddenly becomes trendy to hate on certain games, even ones that came out years ago? Does anyone have any insights into what causes this toxic and annoying behavior? I see it a lot on Reddit.
  6. First of all, hi everyone! It’s been ages! I hope everyone is doing well! Have you ever played a game that is way outside of your typical genre or format of game? If so, what was it that convinced you to play it?
  7. Yesterday
  8. Secret? No. Proudly obsessed with me? Yes.
  9. Time doesn't heal wounds. But it makes it easier to deal with the pain. I'm mainly referring to a loss of a loved one, be it pet or human. But if you break your arm, the same thing applies.
  10. A little bit of stress can make things more interesting. But too much of it can cause a myriad of health problems, both mental and physical. So no stress at all I see as a bad thing. But too much of it can be dangerous. So if we can lose 90% of our stress, but keep the last little bit, I think we would be damn close to a utopia.
  11. Mind your own fucking business and leave people the hell alone. I'm looking at YOU Karen!
  12. I'm on the fence. I love my showers, but sometimes sitting back in the water is bliss. If we're talking about getting clean, it's shower all the way. You're not washing yourself into the same water that you already made dirty. But I can easily relax under either one.
  13. It's an executable offense. At least it should be.
  14. Not so much with rodeo bulls. They're used to it and know what they're there to do. It's the cowboys that are stressed when a bull is charging.
  15. Alright everyone, how's the week been so far? Is it going alright or has it been a disaster?
  16. Played some Helldivers 2 today. The vehicle patch is taking pretty long to come - I want to use the mech and reek havoc!
  17. Is rocking socks with sandals a fashion faux pas or simply a matter of personal preference? Some say it's a cardinal sin against style, while others argue it's just practicality. What's your view?
  18. Hey everyone! Have you ever found out you had a secret admirer? Maybe it was a mysterious note slipped into your locker or a bouquet of flowers left on your doorstep. How did you feel when you found out? Did you ever uncover their identity?
  19. Hey everyone, flying can be a common fear for many, but it doesn't have to ground us. How do you handle your fear of flying? Share your tips, experiences, and stories on overcoming the anxiety.
  20. Hey everyone! Just a fun little debate to settle: are you Team Bath or Team Shower? Do you love to soak in a tub, letting the warm water melt your stress away, or do you prefer the quick efficiency of a refreshing shower? Share your thoughts and why you're on either side of the suds! Let's dive in! (I swore I could've come up with a better pun there)
