The later generations handled better, but there's a charm to the late '80's/ early '90's body shape of the 3 Series. I'm really a Chevy guy, but I could almost see myself owning one.

Plus GT3 was describing the 1980's. Some say the modern era of the automobile began in 1960. So by that estimation a '60 Chevy Bel Air is a modern car and not a classic.

One thing about the gameplay that angered me and I know I've said this before, is that you have to brake for corners at Talladega. At that track this isn't accurate as it is high banked and a long course.

NASCAR Thunder '02. The cars were way too hard to control. Take one of the hardest to control race cars in motorsports history and make it worse and you have NASCAR Thunder '02. I'm not saying the Gen 4 NASCAR race cars really handled like this, but if they had in real life it would have ruined the careers of legends like Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Tony Stewart.

Auto correct can be annoying when applying to jobs.

I relate to common man characters when they are metalheads like Mike and Stu from Twisted 2. I love playing as Hammerhead because of those two guys, plus their '75ish Blazer monster truck. It's nice to have characters you can relate to.

Either Mobil 1 Rally Championship for the PC, GT6 for the PS3, or Car and Driver Grand Tour Racing '98 for the PS1.

NASCAR '99 had bad graphics, but I watched so much racing that year that I can tell what they're trying to depict.

You should also check out Virtue. They came from the NWOBHM movement. It was the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. The movement lasted from around 1979-1984 in Great Britain. It had legendary bands like Iron Maiden and forgotten favorites like Persian Risk.

I try not to hate anything, even if it couldn't possibly work for me. But I'd rather have a resto-modded '81 Buick Regal than a new Mercedes Benz.
