, I don't get you. OBVIOUSLY they violated Xbox's terms and conditions, otherwise they wouldn't be banned. That's like pondering if somebody got banned from driving for violating driving laws. Just so you know, It's not okay to kill people, because that would violate laws about killing people. What you do is state, or re-state, the blatantly obvious because a comment with any indigenous thought or personality would be more effort than it's worth and it's annoying. If you have nothing to say, then why not say nothing?

They can't always have  one hundred percent justifiable suspension or Bans, sometime they could suspend an account which hasn't violated a delicate terms and conditions  worthy of suspension.

This same scenario happened with a microfinance company over here where individuals had their account unjustly suspended but on appealing to the Customer service their case were deliberated upon again and weren't found defaulting any rule Worthy of been suspended.

That's the thing, Fortnite is the one live service game I see that kinda does it right. For the most part, they're pretty good about releasing updates, fixes, and changing the game up. It's to my knowledge, the best live service game out there for what it offers. Because technically you can play Fortnite all the way through without getting the battle pass. Of course you don't open emotes, character skins and all that, but the option is there if you want it. And to be fair, when they do update, it isn't that big of a deal, at least to me. It makes sense to take the game offline for a bit to put out a new season, especially how much they change with the map, the controls, weapons and all that. It's a lot of work.

But it's not easy to replicate what Epic Games does with Fortnite. Not many games can achieve it all the while appeasing the fans. COD on the other hand has been trying to do it for years, and I feel they always fail. Main reason is because you have to pay $60 (or $70 now) for the main game, and now you have to pay extra for gun skins, character skins etc. I believe it has its own battle pass, but should we be paying $60/$70, plus the battle pass fee?

If COD reverted to 100% free to play for their standard multiplayer, I think it'd draw a lot of people in, and then a battle pass would kinda be reasonable since the game is free. But, you also have warzone, which has been CODs attempt at making a free to play experience. I'm sure that has a battle pass of its own, but I can't comment how well received that side of COD is.

Having a periodic system update or break From service to redesign a particular video game is not in any way bad but you still need to make it a lot less tiring to wait for.

Fortnite microtransactions are not good but since they've been able to capture fan love nobody now care about how much they are willing to spend.

COD is a paid game but they have a form of microtransactions isn't good but people still play them anyways.

I do much rather the Hybrid if I'm being honest - I love my Switch and I'd prefer if Nintendo continued down this route. That being said, they've always had dedicated handheld device on the market so I can see why they'd want to return to their roots.

They have already established a pretty stable fan base and changing course entirely could either strengthen the company and bring in more on loyal fans or it would end up taking away a number of their existing fans.

It's sadly going to be a huge part of our future. Expect more of these massive tech companies getting hacked. I don't see it ever stopping, if anything I can see it getting worse.

I have considered using 2FA for everything, but it becomes a chore having to enter a password and sometimes another code on your phone or something. It's annoying.

It's been going on for a longer period now and I believe by now they should have been working on a more efficient technology that could protect their servers from hackers.

Having a yearly experience of this issues doesn't speak well of the stability of the company.

Yeah, it's because even though they lose a lot of fans, they eventually gain more each year. It's a never ending shift for COD in general. One group decides to peace out, more players jump in. Usually the annoying 12 year old kids who just got their Xboxes on Christmas. I remember playing COD every year, and right around Christmas, you'd see a jump in players joining. It's because all of those kids asked for it on Christmas, and here we are.

COD may lose a decent amount of players, but it's a very small amount considering how many still play the game, and will continue to do so year in and year out.

I Know about some video game competition that is organized yearly on COD , that shows how fan are very much interested in it and even playing competitively to get a best player.

The numbers are fascinating and they are making a good yearly profit on video games.

As I had said to many others here, COD has a cult-like following that very few games can ever hope to accomplish. I swear most COD fanboys a twig if it had COD spray painted on it.

We had a discussion and some were of the opinion that in recent times most of COD games are repetitive or lacks new contents and they are constantly losing fans as a result of this.

This article has shown that COD is still relevant and fans aren't getting enough of it.

A few characters from the SMT games, including the Demi-Fiend from Nocturne and Joker from Persona 5. Helps that the Persona protags had their personality fleshed out further in the anime adaptations.

I think Red was the most famous one for being notoriously silent, even during his confrontation with Gold. Just "dot dot dot." Freaking badass.

Joker from persona 5 is a really enigmatic character and doesn't even say anything but you would still pretty much enjoy playing as the character.

Borderlands 3, holy cow the fact that creating a new character has to start with 20 minutes of unskipable trash is almost enough for me to never want to try a new character.

    Lol.

More reasons as to why I shouldn't bother about trying out borderlands 3 maybe playing borderlands 2 is all I would ever need to experience from the franchise.

Rockstar taking on a game like Star Wars would be super cool, or likewise another studio trying out a Burnout/Need for Speed game would be very nice.

Rockstar are really good developers when it comes to action and adventure RPG and I am certainly sure if they take on star wars it would be a really big hit.

It's also growing on me too. But I will still buy physical.

You must own a huge collection of physical copies of video games by now.

In the past I only buy physical copies but as digital copies of video games became a thing I just switched and now buy mainly digital copies since they don't get broken and takes a few minutes to be installed on your hard drive or internal memory of your console.

The ability to sort trade routes in Civilization V by how much gold they'll make you:

Trade routes were added in the "Brave New World" expansion pack in 2013 - and, presumably, this has been in the game since then. However, I didn't notice it until January this year - so, about eight and a half years

Though I am not a big fan of civilization games but i have played it few times over the years and only now realized how much of a great game it is and now I am considering getting back to it fully and maybe start civilization V all over again.

Its honestly a dealbreaker for many people depending on the game. I'm still bitter about a game called Ruiner that looked really cool, but has what I consider to be a broken control scheme. The only reason for this is a choice by the dev, and they have doubled down on that decision when requests for control options have been made.

For a longer period I have always liked simple controllers and nothing too complex, GTA had an elaborate control but it was understandable that after a few game play you should already be used to it.
