I prefer wireless whenever possible. Wires tend to get in my way more often than not. The only things I liked wired are my internet connection & mouse.

I'd be okay with the hardwire as how I have my set up I am already hardwired with my Xbox so I would just switch that hard wire out to the OG Xbox and then be able to take it from there. I don't think I still have many games left if at all now though, just the console so I would have to grab some games if I was able to if I wanted to check this out again.
Yeah, see i'm the opposite, I have a few games, just not the console 😛
I would have to buy the console and hope the caps and such in it were replaced/refurbed properly.....

Yes, UHD 4K gaming Vs 1440P, More storage (1TB vs 512GB) and disc based games vs digital only. The Series X is better in nearly every aspect and if you have lots of physical xbox one games then it's the only real option to upgrade to.

Sometimes if I'm completing a quest for Microsoft Rewards, I'll launch the cloud version of a game instead of downloading it to my hard drive. It's quicker that way and saves me space all the same 🙂
Depending on the game however, Cloud Gaming isn't always ideal.

They sure seem to be the 'norm' and I really don't like it, at all. Especially for a game like Call of Duty. It's just too much. I would like the old days back where you were able to purchase a game, the DLC pack that inevitably came out, and then that was it, there was enough content to keep you playing it for the year. Now it's all these stupid battle passes with worthless items in it you don't want or need. Seems like a total waste IMHO.
-
They're intentionally annoying so you buy the full version of the game where applicable, or you pay to have the ads removed. Most of the time people will not do this however. I myself, don't bother with mobile games as I find them to mostly be a waste of time. I'd rather take a handheld console with me like my PS Vita.

I like Express a lot from Black Ops 2 & Cold War, but If we're talking Black Ops 3, Hunted is probably my favorite map, I always dropped big numbers on that map back in the Black Ops 3 days. I wish the game was still playable, alas, it's hacked to crap now across the board. 😞

As a kid I had RPG Maker on the PS1 and then bought RPG Maker 2 on the PS2 and attempted to make 'games' using those 'games'. 😛 It never worked out too well. 😛 It was fun to mess with though for sure.

Yes, there are plenty of PSOBB private servers up, all offering semi different experiences. I would love to bring my server back at some point if I was able to keep it going financially, but right now it doesn't seem feasible.

Nah I wouldn't call any of that bloat ware. Especially if it's needed. I mainly am referring to those programs they add with like trial periods. Like Microsoft word. I don't want a free trial of that. Just don't include it. I want it to just have the essentials. The usual programs most OSs comes with. No apps otherwise. Maybe a web browser like edge so I can download something like the brave browser instead.
I hear cyberpowerpc is pretty good. I think whenever I get my next pc, if it's a prebuilt, I'd have to do some research. And if it's going to be something I build. I'm going to see about finding a site to guide me in the build process by finding the right parts for what I want.
But that won't happen for a while as I am not able to afford to dish out the money needed for a new PC or to build one. But hopefully one of these days.
Well if that's the case, the only piece of bloatware on my Alienware M17 was a trial for MS Office which I promptly uninstalled 😛 That was put there by Microsoft themselves lol, so can't even fault Alienware/Dell for it. 😛

From the video, the movement looks like a game I would struggle with at first but with patience I would more than likely be able to get on with it.
Yeah the movement was clunky for sure, I guess back then we didn't complain as much 😛 I doubt i'd be able to go back and play this game today.

I think so. I also think if Call of Duty continues to lose players, the Multiplayer component, like Warzone, might also goo free to play. I would like to just see them make a CoD game like CoD Mobile on PC and console & just continuously update that.

Mostly games, although on my PS5, since it has the HDR setup w/ 4K, I have Hulu, HBO max, Netflix and ESPN+ installed for media consumption.

I game on Consoles & PC (Gaming laptop) but i do prefer consoles over PC in most cases. I don't dislike PC gaming, i just prefer using a controller vs Keyboard & mouse.

My buddy Matt has sucked me back into it.....I'm below level 20 on my current character so I can play for free for a bit. I played a little bit this morning before they did maintenance and I was promptly disconnected 😛 Might try to play more tomorrow or later tonight, we'll see 🙂

Last game played was Broken Age on Game Pass. It was a bit of an odd one.

I downloaded it from Gamepass a while back, played maybe 30 minutes to an hour and then never touched it again. It's a fun game, I just didn't feel invested in it like I had hoped. Eventually I will come back to it and give it another go, but for now I just don't have any interest in playing it.
I can definitely see that happening. I think it's a game i'll keep in the backburner for achievements, slowly go through it when I need the 3 achievements for the week, similar to what I did with the walking dead telltale games.

Has a specific game ever given you a headache? I can't remember which one, but one of the Call of DUty's game me a headache almost every time I played it. I think it was the original Black Ops or MW3 back in the day but I can't be sure. I think it had something to do with the motion blur in the game, but again, not certain 100%. Has a game ever given you a headache consistently?

Outside of maybe a private server being hosted by the community of said game, I'm not sure? I mean i look at games like Phantasy Star Online, which outside of console versions was only online (Blue Burst) and PSO BB is kept alive today thorugh about half a dozen of private servers, used to run one myself. (Kinda wanna bring it back TBH)

What do you think of a Metal Gear revival? One is being teased by Konami for 2023 and i'm kinda excited to see if we'll get a remake of Metal Gear Solid, done properly or even a full blown Metal Gear & Metal Gear 2 remake, that would be super interesting to see!

Anyone looking forward to Scream 6 on March 10th? I am. I wasn't too big of a fan of the last movie, but I can appreciate what they were going for. However, this installment looks to be way more bloody and gorier than anything we've seen in the series. Already got my ticket to go see it and personally can't wait. 🙂
Are you going to be seeing the new Scream film?
