Damn right, Failure and practice is what makes us better gamers.
So true, I remember when I used to play DMC 3 back in the day, practice practice and practice is what allowed me to go through that game
I play most games on the toughest difficulty even when I don't know how to play the game XD. DMC is always a pain on "Dante Must Die" - it's the only game mode I know that is harder than any Dark Souls game I've played so far.

I will wait on this one, probably when it comes down to 20 dollars like with Horizon zero dawn
I want to play this game so bad but I'm afraid I'm not going to get past the first screen😆I heard its difficulty is comparable to Dark Souls and as a Dark Souls fan, I relish the challenge!

the master race civil war started 😆
this whole talk about burnout makes me want to repurchase Paradise, I think I will pick it up the next time I buy a game.It was at a time when EA used to make extremely great games...All they're concerned with nowadays is ripping us off and they'll do it by any means necessary.

Trevor...I said enough
Whoever thought up Trevor deserves an award - One of the funniest video game characters ever. With Trevor, there is never a dull moment.

Well they have good games 😆, come on guys lets be honest we have all played games from EA, Activision and Bethesda that we really enjoyed, you cant go running around saying that you dont trust Bethesda if you play Skyrim everyday, I personally dont really care about the decisions of the publisher , I just want a good game if it has microtransactions or DLC is always up to me whether I'm paying for them or not or whether I'm buying the game in the first place, I dont give a crap about the DLC , I'm probably going to get the game until its sold with all the DLC (if the game is good).
Skyrim is only good because of the modders and even though I play it constantly, it isn't Vanilla Skyrim or Fallout for that matter. I do care about the publisher because if they constantly lie to us the consumers and deliver below par products for premium prices, why should I turn a blind eye to all the things they have done?

That quote alone screams of complacency.
You have to denounce them and be vocal rather than just not doing them for the sake of avoiding conflict.
I do call it out but it's exhausting because most gamers really don't think things through and are only interested in satisfying their immediate gratification.

Exactly, and the communities that have strict rules in place are just not enjoyable to be in.
It's almost as though...they're trying to be GOD. 😂

I don't clip coupons. My purse is heavy enough as it is. But There's some things I look for. The occasional discount code when I order pizza online. Things like that I take advantage of. But even though coupons save a bit of money, most of the time the coupons are for stuff I don't really ever buy anyway.
Valid point there and also to add, the time it takes actually searching for these coupons could be used on something more productive like gaming.

Immediate family.. Always stumbling over someone.
My dad claimed I'm the youngest one but I can't verify the truth of that statement because I keep meeting new siblings but for now, I'll go with I'm the youngest.

Because people have allowed it to happen.
Hell, I'm still the one guy who dennounces ALL MICROTRANSACTIONS. But you all just want to trivialize them when it's cosmetic.. So...
I don't spend on cosmetics to be fair so I guess I also overlook it and you are right. We as gamers have to take some responsibility for overlooking this horrible practice.

Pretty exhausting. I'm trying to finish up a personal project of mine. How's it going for you @DC?

He was throwing a lot of shade at Anthem and he's absolutely correct. Why is this the new industry norm?

Really? Plot twist.
I really don't know. Most people who are playing video games are not looking for a safe, cushioned environment.
Exactly. I'd never subscribe to that in an online game. In most games I play, the safe haven is a guild base where you can hang out with your friends/crew.

I like the Megaman Battle Network games on the GBA because I was a huge fan of the cartoon on KidsWB. Although it wasn't action-based, I liked that they used the chip system for powerups like in the cartoon.

Fortnie is what, like 50 mil players now?
More or Less...The only reason I don't play Fortnite anymore is because of that whole Epic Games issue with the launcher checking Steam files illegally. It's a fun game for casuals and seems to be growing from strength to strength.

I've hardly been on this forum but I already love it. Glad to see others share my sense of humor 😂
Why on Earth would anybody create a Christian server in any video game? Is that supposed to keep the "Devil" and the "Sinners" out? Because it clearly didn't work🤣

I feel like half these stories are going to involve triggered ten-year olds or Minecraft, honestly. 😂
My story revolves around the infamous Christian Minecraft server memes. One day when I had the free time I got onto a bunch of Christian servers and proceeded to troll the members there in various ways- I copy and pasted parts of the communist Manifesto, cursed up a storm... that sort of thing. It was hilarious when I ended up getting banned on one server after another.
Did they threaten to throw holy water on you?

I mean, that's the point of a pre-order right? To let you have the benefit of getting the game as soon as it comes out. What's the point of pre-ordering if you won't get it?
This is why in today's day and age - I never pre-order so this is one less issue I'll encounter.

Exactly.. Why are people trusting EA right now? Like, I want that game to be successful to but I would trust literally any other gaming company
I don't trust EA, Activision or Bethesda - anybody else I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Isn't AMD already doing that? We even made fun of NVIDIA back during CES 2019
That Radeon VII still cost $700 dollars though - I really want the price to drop -_-

I actually got it right the first time even though Imade the mistake of installing the motherboard first (lol). So yeah, as long as you keep your head clear and you learn how your comp works, you'll get things going in no time.
Mistakes are part of the process - I also learned not to ever use a hydro cooler in a gaming desktop again because at some point it will start leaking and mess up your gaming computer (Can you imagine I have to be playing games on a laptop with 1050m now? -_-

You know that they could also sell progression and upgrades behind microtransactions right?
Also, it seems like that thunder on Apex Legends is starting to go away
So...
I agree with you - After all, this EA we're talking about. They're always coming up with new ways to rip off their consumers and they always promise greatness and then deliver absolute crap. Bethesda also said there wouldn't be any microtransactions other than cosmetics and guess what? - they lied.
What are you listening to right now?
