I am aware of what ASMR is but I never really understood the appeal of it.
The sounds are quite relaxing although I'm not sure why you'd need someone to livestream that when you can look up relaxing sounds on your own.

All 3 are on the SNES.
I think I only played the first one then. I don't remember playing the other two...

I always look for coupons when purchasing software online but not in-store though.

It’s actually kinda tempting at that low price, right? https://deals.simplygames.com/p/sony-playstation-classic-console-ps4
I'd wait until it drops to like $15 dollars or something to that effect.

Jet X - have to admit it is pretty fun when you get a full enough match.

I collect all sorts of spells in FF8. All the way up until disc 3 I'm constantly drawing. The spells I junction make my characters virtually invincible, so the game is easier on me. Some of the spells would shock some people that I have a full hundred if they didn't know where to look for them. Spells like Ultima, Aura, Full-Life, Holy, Triple, Meteor, and Flare junction extremely well. If you junction enough Ultimas and Full-Lifes to your elemental defense, all elemental attacks will actually heal you instead of harm you. Meteor is the best spell in the game to junction to your HP. It easily boosts you to the full 9999. Some of these spells you can get from refining items, but they take a long time, and you have to have the right GF's with the right abilities. If you don't then all you can do is draw.
There's some trade secrets to the game, but it's worth it. Also there are 16 GF's in the game, but most people can't find a lot of them without a players guide. Who here doesn't know where to get Doomtrain, Tonberry, Bahamut, Eden and Diablos?
Funny enough, I found all of the Gfs on my own and it was due to me constantly drawing as well. I used to junction Ultima and Full-Life as well.

What a legendary video. The Shia LaBeouf song is almost as good, but that's a topic for a different thread.
I agree completely and oddly enough, it gets me to do stuff I'd tend to be procrastinating about.

I doubt it will be backwards compatible at all. The PS4 isn't and they had a hell of a time with the PS3. The early releases of the PS3 were full backwards compatible, but PS2 games caused it to overheat, and often burn out the CPU. So they were forced to rerelease it with only PS1 compatibility. They forsook the reverse play on the PS4, so I fully see them doing the same with the PS5.
No, The Sony developers confirmed the PS5 would be backward compatible with earlier generation PS titles, especially for PS3 and PS4. I'm not sure about the PS2 or earlier though.

I know. FF8 is my absolute favorite of the entire series. personally I hated FF7 and FF9. I thought 7 just sucked all around, and 9 was just too damn cartooney to me. if I wanted to play a cartoon game, then I would put a cartoon game in.
I enjoyed the 7th one - it's the 9th one I can't stand - Yuck!

I forgot to add Crash Bandicoot - there is a stage called Road to Nowhere...I absolutely hated it and it made most people not finish the game but I think I attempted it about 76 times in 3 days before I beat it (this was when I was a kid so don't quote me on it...it could have been more or less - I think it's probably more.)

Yes. Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Country 2. I have the trilogy, but with as much as the first 2 piss me off, I have never even played the 3rd one.
The Donkey Kong Country on the SNES was a real pain to finish but I also finished it. I don't remember playing the second one though - which console was it on?

AOE 1 was graound breaking, AOE 2 was a masterpiece, and AOE 3 nearly killed the franchise. Learn from your fuck ups Microsoft!
I agree. I tried the 3rd one for a couple of days and I got tired of it pretty quickly. At least they won't try to sneak any micro-transaction systems into the game like some other publishers *cough**EA, Bethesda**cough*

This is why Windows 10 often comes across as a better solution. Games from older generations can run flawlessly because Windows 10 often creates VM environments for them to be played in. This is all thanks to the marvelous technology of virtualization.
Nope, I am not going to stop praising Windows 10 :v
I know they have some minor bugs occasionally in the updates but I never got why most people hate windows 10 so much.

Yes. Currently I am holding on purchase because I am planning on changing the bag which I use to carry the content. And that's one reason I am thinking of making use of the laptop sleeve when I purchase the bag. So two purchases at the same time.
That makes sense. I made sure to buy a water-resistant bag as well to properly protect my goods.

I learned about that from experience. I had this HP laptop which I used to keep on bed and the lap for the regular usage. But realized that machine used to get overheat pretty quickly. And it caused that HP laptop to die lot quicker in the due process. So I decided to avoid making use in the places where it gets heated quickly.
I learned that within the first month of getting my gaming laptop and that's when I bought myself one of the 5-fan cooling pads.

They have an HD edition of AOE2 along with new DLCs but it is great to hear that they will be finally delivering the 4th edition.

"You cannot stop me mwhahahaha!" - almost every video game antagonist ever. For some reason, it leaves me in stitches even when I have heard it 1000 times.

One of my favorites to do as well is to fire rockets halfway across the map and watch people run right into its trajectory. It takes some anticipation and for the most part, the enemy has to be running along a linear path somewhat. Of course, I get loads of abuse and called a hacker by people who ran right into them.

Oh, I know, believe me, but I don't think they are THAT daft. I don't really trust them, but I also don't think they haven't learned anything with their Battlefront 2 debacle.
And the Apex Legends falling down was inevitable. They can't put out updates in the same fashion Epic can with Fortnite, and such Battle Royale games now need very frequent updates to stay afloat (thanks to Epic and Fortnite). I don't think Apex Legends was supposed to be the "Fortnite-killer" as media wants to portray it, but you can't deny the game was a massive success with virtually zero marketing. Respawn had to have gained some of EA's trust with that game.
OT: I'm cautiously optimistic about this game. It probably won't get the same praise God of War did last year, but it really doesn't have to do that, and I don't think that's EA's goal with this game anyway.
Let's just hope EA can give us a functional game with a minimal amount of bugs because every game has bugs but some are very negligible. EA is good at lying to their consumers and making promises but very bad at delivering on those said promises.

I had a Ghost Recon Xbox One controller a few years back - it's a shame it started to fall apart last year and I had to get rid of it.
