skyfire Posted July 10, 2021 Posted July 10, 2021 This is retro type of the platformer game, so the graphics is 8 bit and mix of it pretty much. Not sure how it managed to stay on switch platform and also get featured. But yeah check out the trailer and judge by yourself.
Empire Posted July 11, 2021 Posted July 11, 2021 This is the definition of something only an indie would do that a major dev team would not, even if there is nothing really stopping them from doing so. I mean there is definitely very specific boss battles in certain games where the boss is singing to you while you fight it. But not a full game.
skyfire Posted July 12, 2021 Author Posted July 12, 2021 Yeah indie game dev can take risk with the graphics and such type of the experiments with the boss. I don't think major game dev doing this would lead to the profit.
Heatman Posted August 14, 2021 Posted August 14, 2021 Seriously, I don't really know why indie game dev's would feel so comfortable with making such a game? Don't they really see what other dev's do?

Why not instead of trying to overcompensate with trying to develop more games, they should sum up their available resources and make one perfect game?
