Kane99 Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 I loved Sunset Overdrive and I have high hopes the team behind it will make a sequel finally. It would be a smart move too, considering that Sony now owns the team behind the game, so it would get a Sony exclusive. I'd still want a sequel. I think I'd eventually get a ps5 to play it.

I think Microsoft still owns the rights to the game, so maybe a sequel isn't possible. Unless Microsoft has another dev team work on a sequel.
Empire Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 Discovered this last year on gamepass and loved it. Really enjoyed the style and fast paced gameplay grind skating all over the city. Id welcome a sequel on PS5, but apparently the original didn't sell well and Insomniac's been on a role since then, so I'm not getting my hopes up.
