It looks like we are practically having the same hour of screen time. Btw, I don't get to sleep enough every night and I hardly nap during the day.
Anders Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 I would have to say at least 10-12 hours a day as well. I work 8 hours a day in front of a computer, and will usually spend several hours either in front of the TV or my computer when I get home, as well as all the time spent on my phone of course.

I don't spend too much on my mobile and it is as a result of always being at work and being busy while at work. Any day that I spend more days pressing my device, just know that I have less activities going on.
