Would You Go Caving? Would You Crawl Through Tight Spaces?

Caving (spelunking) can be an amazing adventure, but it’s not for everyone. Would you be up for exploring caves, crawling through tight spaces, and squeezing between rocks? Or does the thought of confined spaces freak you out?

I’m ungodly claustrophobic. There’s times when I have to run outside because I feel like I’m being caged in, and the walls are closing in fast.

My biggest concern is getting lost in one and not being able to find my way out.

I seen too many reports and stories about cavers getting stuck and unable to be saved. The cave ended up being their tomb.

That's what I'm avoiding. Caves are a no-no for me.

Naah, that's not for me. I would literally die in the cave before being able to crawl out from the right space. It even affects me when I watch it in some movies. I can't stand it.

Plus, you never know what kind of dangerous things you can run into when you explore a cave. Poisonous gases, plants and creatures is not something I want to encounter intentionally and having no means to avoid them in cave makes it even worse.
