What do you do to calm yourself?

Every human being can be angry at some point or be tense over something that's very serious. If you ever found yourself in a situation when your emotion is boiling over, how do you successfully calm down yourself?

I tend to panic or get anxious about a lot of things and sometimes it can happen so easily. 

When it comes to panicking and becoming anxious, I always find that sitting and scrolling on TikTok, playing video games I enjoy or even shutting off with a song that I know helps me with my ear buds in helps a great deal.
