Shortie Posted May 11 Share Posted May 11 I tend to panic or get anxious about a lot of things and sometimes it can happen so easily. When it comes to panicking and becoming anxious, I always find that sitting and scrolling on TikTok, playing video games I enjoy or even shutting off with a song that I know helps me with my ear buds in helps a great deal.
