What makes you feel motivated to work?

The reason why I'm always motivated to work at all times is because I need to give myself and daughter a better life. Bills will keep coming for me to pay and if I don't work, I will struggle. The need to provide for my family is the biggest motivation I have to work.

I am always motivated to work because I know in the end, all the hard work will pay off and I will be able to give myself and also my children a better life. Due to a bad relationship that I was in, my kids missed out and suffered a lot in their early years so now, I work to be sure that I can give them opportunities that they may have missed.

Clear deadlines and checklists. Crossing off tasks gives me a dopamine hit. No structure = staring at the wall for hours.

Well, no one is going give my any financial help if I don't work and hunger will kill me in the end. It's more than enough motivation for me to get my black arsê off the bed and work every day I still breath.
