StaceyPowers Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 I think we’ve done “what video game world would you want to live in,” but I don’t know if we’ve done the opposite. What would be the absolute worst video game universe to live in?
killamch89 Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 I find survival horror games relaxing once I know all the scares - methodically searching every corner becomes a peaceful routine rather than terrifying.
Scorpion Posted June 1, 2025 Posted June 1, 2025 The worst video game world to live in would probably be the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Fallout. Constant danger, scarce resources, and hostile environments would make survival incredibly tough, leaving little room for safety or normal life. It’s a harsh, unforgiving universe.
Bizdustry Posted June 4, 2025 Posted June 4, 2025 Living in the world of Dark Souls would be really tough because it's full of dangerous monsters and traps. You never feel safe, and dying is pretty common. Plus, the gloomy atmosphere can really get you down!

I think it depends on if you're an NPC or the protagonist. If you're an NPC, you're basically screwed, lol. But if you're the protagonist/player character, radiation heals your broken limbs and stuff. Not bad at all.
Shortie Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 When it comes to video game worlds, I would say an apocalyptic world would be the worst world to live in. If you look at how apocalyptic worlds are portrayed in video games, they do not look like fun places to be at all. I would hate to be in a world where I always had to be on my guard as well as having to survive.
