StaceyPowers Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 If there is an optional quest or task that you find frustrating, what makes you complete it (if you do)? Sometimes I’ll do it to make sure I don’t miss content or lore of some kind. Other times I’ll do it because I’m a completionist.
Shortie Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 I have come across quests and tasks that have been optional but if I complete it, I will get a reward in game. If there is a reward for completing the optional quest or task, that will usually motivate me to want to complete it, no matter how stressful it gets.
killamch89 Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 I usually push through frustrating optional content when it ties into the main story or reveals important lore that enhances my understanding of the game world.
Scorpion Posted June 1, 2025 Posted June 1, 2025 I'm motivated by curiosity and the desire to fully explore the game world. Completing optional quests often reveals hidden stories, rewards, or achievements, making the extra effort worthwhile and enhancing my overall gaming experience.
