StaceyPowers Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 When selecting followers in video games, what do you look for? For me, a good follower: -Uses tactics and weapons which complement mine -Has a reasonable amount of dialogue programmed in -Has an interesting story/quest-line -Isn’t irritating (totally subjective of course) -Won’t mess up my agenda with their own -Nice to look at is a plus -Doesn’t throw me off cliffs for kicks (looking at you, Barbas)
Alexander. Posted January 22, 2019 Posted January 22, 2019 Followers are good but you have to choose the right one to suit your needs when playing video games such as Skyrim. You've listed some great qualities. My requirements are below: Work ethic Judgement and Discretion Loyalty Good looking Hidden Tactics Hidden and Visible weapons which have the same strengths and abilities as mine. StaceyPowers 1
Bravosi Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 Well there are different games obviously, but if let's say we talk about Gothic, then followers can be harmful or useful. For example one follower runs away and talks too much. In Skyrim all followers are fighters, more or less.

What aspects and skills do you look for? Who's your favourite companion in Skyrim and Gothic?
