A very unlikely occurrence but would you be able to go without gaming in full colour or it a must for you? Sometimes it's a must have feature as a gaming app should be realistic and replicate real life situations. Colour adds more detail whilst gaming. If not then I am not sure what do you mean by the full color. Because android games already make use of all the colors and they are not black and white in that context.
