Alexander. Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 I'm wondering if anyone here has ever got their device repaired, replaced, repaired or unlocked due to a fault in the device? What was the issue? How long did it take to be successfully fixed and what was the final outcome?
skyfire Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Fault? Yes. I had one of the issue with the RAM. And I had to return it to the distributor. And got the replacement because RAM from crucial had warranty of 2 years at that time. So it worked out at the end.
Heatman Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 How about the reason of not being able to remember the password used to security lock the device? This have actually happened to me twice and I had to take it to IT technicians and it was unlocked for me. It's silly forgetting your own password.
