"Boring" tasks you enjoy in video games

In Skyrim, I like to ride around the map on my horse and just admire some of the scenery.

I think getting those rings in the sonic and the coins in the mario can be boring. but then again people tend to keep score and compete with each other on that basis in case of the fun playing it.
