Same here and the funny thing is, I don't think this is the first time this has happened with Randy Pitchford. He's always at the root of some Gearbox issue or scandal.

Every controversial event with Gearbox Studios always has something to do with him as the catalyst in some way. All the negative PR Gearbox gets is because of him - I don't respect him at all either.

In terms of working out a settlement, it'll likely happen but it must be said that working with Randy Pitchford is like working with acid - it usually never ends well.
