  2. What do you think the world would be like if there were no boundaries between countries & continents and all of them were physically attached to each other? Would you like it that way or you like it more the way it is now?
  3. Are you someone who has a habit of listening to music while taking a bath or a shower? If yes, then what kind of music do you usually listen to during that time?
  4. Are you someone who watches movies and TV shows from not only your place but from different corners of the world? If yes then which are your favorites? What all do you watch? Did you used to watch it earlier but you don't do it anymore? If so, what's the reason?
  5. Imagine yourself as someone who desperately wants to start their own start-up company. Do you have any innovative tech idea that you think can be a huge success in this age where AI has just been launched and is getting used all over the world already?
  6. A question for the men in here - What is your favorite kind of facial hairstyle? Do you like to keep it short and trimmed or you like to keep it a bit long?
  7. Well I hope this doesn’t go to the Supreme Court because they will say school mass shooters have immunity as long as it’s in Hispanic communities. Then the Supreme Court will protect the gun industry and declare games and developers open season to sue. This Supreme Court will grant every lawsuit against Meta to annihilate competition for X, which is the Supreme courts preferred Nazi social media. X is their Nazi fantasy.
  8. It was only recently that those working in the film and TV industry started to take video games and thier potential as a creative, storytelling medium seriously. They looked down thier nose at videos games, the people who made them and most of all the people who played them for years. Honestly, I actually think it took people who grew up in this world of more mature, story-centric games becoming those producers, directors and writers to have people that actually understood gaming in those positions. The old guard would still be looking down on gaming even now
  9. I don't care that the game sucks, Final Fantasy XIII is stunning, possibly the very best looking game in the series. It has a unique style and an instantly recognisable visual identity with creative designs, stunning environments and detailed character models. Every moment looking at this game is a true treat for the eyes. And, I must say, for the ears as well with great sound design, a lovely soundtrack that feels right with the game's look as well as some of the best voice acting the series has had. Yes, the graphics are bit dated at this point, especially if you play at higher resolutions, but a couple of mods and this game can look like it came out yesterday. The production values have really held up.
  10. What are some of the best games that do not do much hand-holding?
  11. I want to find a good construction simulator. Can anyone recommend one from personal experience?
  12. What games do you feel have held up really well visually, even though they are old and their graphics are dated? To me, Skyrim still looks beautiful. The original BioShock has also held up quite well.
  13. Recently we’ve had some amazing video game adaptations, whereas for many years, they were notoriously poorly-received on average. What do you think changed?
  14. What are some games that weren’t major hits that’d be great as films or TV series? My pick is Spec Ops: The Line.

  16. I'm more of a metal guy and actually didn't get into it until my late teens/early 20's. So my favourite music usually comes from the mid 2000's and after, but out of those three decades there are definably more bands and songs from the 80's that I adore.
  17. Started using wireless headphones about 4-5 years ago and I'll never go back to wired. Literally everything is better.
  18. The forum auto embeds YouTube video links, but not YouTube Music playlists. I clicked on it and it looks like it's loading a random playlist based on my activity on Youtube music. So the song that Started playing was this "Soldier of Heaven" by Sabaton, a favourite of mine. Either that's the song you were going for (An amazing coincidence as I'm a mad Sabaton fan), the playlist you linked to just happened to start with it (If so, you impeccable taste, btw) or this didn't really work. Try searching for the song were looking for on the YouTube main site and embed the link to that video on the forum.
  19. What aggravates me about these kind of lawsuits and legal cases whare entertainment media is blamed for somebody's heinous actions in real life is the complete and utter failure it represents to address the real, root causes of such incidents. People are doomed to die in future incidents as a result. Whilst America's well documented issue with gun culture is certainly a factor, so I do think weapon manufactures have to held accountable, It is obviously nonsense to suggest any entertainment media, whether it's a video game, movie, music, or book, is any way responsible for the real life actions of a person. Human beings have sentience, the power to imagine and fantasize, it's inherent in all of us. We also have the ability to recognizes the difference between fantasy and reality as a part of the sentence. If a person does not have the ability to recognise the difference between reality and fantasy, then there is a problem with that person's mind. They are mentally ill. It has nothing to do with with a video game.
  20. I prefer wireless (Pixel Buds Pro), except when I'm like riding my bike. But my Pixel 8 Pro doesn't have a 3.5mm jack, so I'd need to get a usb-c to 3.5mm adapter to resume doing that.
  21. https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=qzNGoiVrXNk&si=A1bYbOJfXm3SgevB Not sure why YouTube Music doesn't embed.
  22. I feel like I'm learning about you a lot faster than I expected too, whether I wanted to or not....
  23. The Paperboy games made sense in the 80's and early 90's because video game were more kid focused, but not now. Gamers these days want to save fantastical worlds, fight Dragons, become crime lords and kill Nazi's. I'm not saying the games were bad, there creative with the idea and there was skill and strategy to them, but nobody has an empowering fantasy about delivering newspapers, a dying media that the world doesn't even embrace anymore.
  24. I take no issue with Bungie taking cheat sites down and taking them to court, what I'm concerned about is the court system's ignorance in the difference between cheating and modding in future cases. I can see companies like Nintendo, Rockstar and possibly even Bethesda taking modders to court over perfectly innocent fan-made content for games because of these companies intention to monetise DLC and even mods themselves. I'm happy to see cheat sites be taken down and held accountable, but we could be sitting atop a very slippery slope.
  25. If you're right, then this is wrong. This is an issue with digital media that needs addressed. You bought the games, there should be no difference in ownership rights between owning a game digitally or on physical media. This is especially true on PC whare there is no physical media option anymore. Not owning a game that you access through a subscription, like Gamepass, I get. That's fair. I accept that when I play a game though that sort of means. I can even get behind not being able to resell digitally owned games like you can with physical discs, it's just not practical, but whare is the compensation for all this? Digital games aren't really cheaper, so what is actually being offered by these companies to make this fair? Exactly, nothing. That's why I'm disappointed to to see people like yourself just laying back and accepting it. You bought your Steam game collection, you should own your Steam game collection, end of story.
  26. Bungie has won its court battle against cheat and mod site, AimJunkies. As reported by journalist Stephen Totilo, AimJunkies, aka Phoenix Digital, was instructed to pay the Destiny 2 developer $63,210 in damages – that's the revenue the company is thought to have earned selling the cheats – setting a new precedent in what's thought to be the first lawsuit wherein a jury has ruled on a game-cheating case. https://www.eurogamer.net/bungie-wins-court-battle-against-destiny-cheat-site-aimjunkies Wow, do you think this might stop players from using cheat sites??
  27. I definitely am way worse than the average player in shooter games, since I usually play simulation games. But there are so many great games now on Steam that you can always find something that you love and enjoy 🙂
