  1. Sorry, I forgot to look for the Music Discussions. I'll check that forum out, thanks.
  2. In racing games you can drive at the cars top speed and not get a speeding ticket.
  3. I would have my life be a racing game. Either a GT game, because I find them to be fun and I'm good at them, or a NASCAR game, because I love NASCAR racing.
  4. The Black-Sabbath Online forum might be closing down and I was wondering if there's a good forum out there for discussing pre 1990 British Metal. Any advice would be welcome.
  5. Racing games can be great, so long as the steering and handling dynamics are close enough to accuracy.
  6. My friend used to tell me not to take as many three point shots in NBA Live games. I would like to thank him as back in that era of NBA history this was very sound advice.
  7. Why not tester? Are too many things subjective? Or do you have to play too many games per month?
  8. Another hard one was the Steel Reign level on that circa 1997 Playstation sampler disc. If you don't kill every enemy in the right order you get attacked from behind. I think it took me a year to master it and beat it.
  9. Someone told me to give up on Playstation, but I never will.
  10. Twisted Metal 2. It alternates between being too easy and way too hard. I wish life were more like Twisted 4, where it's always easy.
  11. I don't feel like my tastes have changed enough for there to be a legitimate answer.
  12. I'm still kind of amazed that I've ever beaten the 15 rebounds for one player challenge in the NBA Live games.
  13. I'm going to take a break from my PS3, because I've played it too many days in a row, I think it's been 6 now. To keep from burning out my second PS3, I'll switch to PS2 for a few days, or get my library books read.
  14. I'm still amazed to this day that I got 10 steals in NBA Live '03 in a game with two minute quarters using just Paul Pierce. That's not even counting all the other Celtic steals.
  15. They say I'm good at auto racing, basketball and sometimes hockey games.
  16. Inflation is a huge problem here in the U.S. these days. You could get a Caprice Classic new in 1994 for less than 20 grand if you didn't feel like you needed the CD player or leather options. That same close to base Caprice today would probably sell for like 31 grand, still without leather seats mind you. And this is assuming you could still get a rear drive V-8 "Big 3" sedan besides the Charger or 300, which these days you can't.
  17. In a racing game I didn't brake hard enough for a corner, or so I thought, but it turned out the car could carry more speed through the corner, so it worked to my benefit.
  18. No, I meant Gran Turismo 6. I know it's old at this point, but I still love it to death.
  19. GT6 has awesome driving mechanics. The worst I've seen is probably NASCAR Thunder '03. The steering is just way too sensitive. It takes nothing to spin a car into the infield.
  20. Whenever a car I own in GT6 has unlucky 13 wins, as soon as I check my win tally, I try to go get the fourteenth win.
  21. My worst game would be a basketball game where you can lose by 40 points on easy, like NBA Live '04.
  22. I was always puzzled whenever I was playing an old NASCAR game and people pitted after a caution instead of during the caution. I easily won at Atlanta in NASCAR Racing 2 due to all my rival drivers doing just that.
  23. I'd be happy as a tester, I guess. Especially if most of the games I was testing were pro sports or auto racing games.
