It's been many years since I've played a farm game! I enjoyed them at first but they got a little monotonous after a while so I gave up. I've noticed that a lot of newer games are based off the same concept though with what you need to do.

There are many types of conspiracy theories. Are there any that you believe in? Do you keep your belief private or do you openly discuss/debate it on the internet or with family and friends?
Moderator Edit: Thread locked as a similar thread already existed. That thread can be found here.

I'm glad the bill passed. For those who insist there was NO election fraud at all haven't been paying attention. There WAS election fraud, just not as extreme as some people say. But there is documented election fraud from the 2020 election...it's just that CNN doesn't want to air it.
Increasing polling places means needing volunteers to run it. There is a lack of volunteers all over to keep polling locations open and we need to encourage the Millennials to start volunteering more to work the polls. No one is prohibiting voters from voting. Wanting secure elections is not prohibiting people from voting...unless they are illegals who shouldn't be voting. Or people who want to vote multiple times.

What state are you from? I've lived in Missouri (some say we're midwestern, others say we're southern take your pick) my entire life, and here we have always said "soda". No one calls it "pop", except people from the eastern states. Kansan, Illinois, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Tennessee, and Kentucky are the states that border us. I've been through all of them multiple times and spent quite a bit of time in them. Never once have I heard anyone buy a "pop". I did spend about 2 months living in Denver (it was hell), and people there called it "pop". So if that's where you're referring to, then no argument from me. But in Missouri and the 8 states that border us, I've never heard anyone want a "pop". They always wanted a "soda"/
I never considered Missouri at part of the Midwest...but I guess technically it is? I'm originally from the Chicagoland area and no one except tourists called it soda LOL I had never heard it called that until I went to Kentucky actually.

To be fair, that's what you have to do with most pets anyways.
That's why I no longer have any pets LOL The thing about pets is that you can't tell them no when they have to go out to potty in a snowstorm! Then you clean their paws up or your floors look a wreck.
I could probably volunteer at our local zoo for a day or two a week and be fine with it, but doing it every day wouldn't be fun.

Some people are just afraid of the water or always had a fear of going into the water and getting washed away. I learned to swim at 8 years old when we used to go to the beach every weekend.
That's true. I forgot that there are people who just don't like being around water. I don't like swimming with fishes so I prefer a swimming pool and mainly one where I control my own chemical levels and clean it daily.

And are those consequences to arrest them? Breaking quorum is not illegal. They didn't break any law and have the right to do so. Civil rights groups are looking into this to see if their arrest warrants broke any laws. The Texas governor now is proposing a bill to ban any future walkouts or breaking quorum. At the end of the day, none of this is gonna matter because eventually they do have to return to work and the bill will get passed anyways. But this is a desperate situation to protect voting rights in Texas. And I know you don't care about voting rights. But those of us who do care, we are running out of breathing room to protect democracy.
I don't live in Texas so I can't tell you why they are choosing to arrest them.
As for voting rights, it more about voting security for what they want to get through in the legislature. They aren't denying people the right to vote, but affording the people the right to a fair vote without cheating.

Why is he allowed to use his entire body like that? It doesn't seem like a fair fight to me at all. He starts off in a jerking motion that throws off his opponent right away and that's hard to come back from when they are startled like that and already more than halfway down.

I sing all the time but not in the shower. I think I choose not to sing in the shower because I don't want to get soap or shampoo in my mouth accidentally. I prefer to sing at the top of our stairs where it's all open and the acoustics are nice.

I could easily give up both. I only drink decaf and even that tastes awful and if I drink pop (we don't call it soda in the Midwest where I'm from originally!) it's only for special occasions. If I had to choose one I guess I would choose the decaf coffee to give up since that's easy to let go. I went on vacation recently and didn't even miss it.

I wanted to be a zookeeper when I was 7 years old. I love being around animals and it sounded like a fun job. Well, that was until someone told me I'd have to clean up after the animals and I changed my mind from there and chose artist.

I only use the Google Play Store but I think I do so because it has everything I need. I generally download free apps and don't mess with paid ones at all. I think that maybe in the future if another app store became as big as google then I'd switch over but I would have to be assured that it's completely safe.

That was a fun game but I never got to practice much because my daughter and her friends hogged it all the time! I wish I could have done better. My daughter and her friends would stay up late playing the game, which meant no sleep for me. But I enjoyed hearing them have a good time.

I am seriously awful at real life arcade games! I don't know if it's the height of the controllers that throws me off or the noise all around so I can't concentrate but I cannot get a good score out in an arcade. Now when those same games are online, I do so much better. Not a high score type of person but at least I'm not totally ashamed of my progress.

Those Democrats who left abandoned their duties that the voters expected them to complete so they're in the wrong. They still got paid? Who is allowed to get paid and not do the work or get reprimanded? There should be consequences for those who choose to not work and that includes politicians.

Depends, In general, beach all the way. The sand, the surf, the waves. Being not far from the ocean makes me feel cool with the air, 10mins drive away in fact. However, being a native also, near the Yorkshire moors, also I can't swim anyway. If swimming is in the cards, my pansy ass is choosing pool 9/10 times.
Why didn't you learn how to swim since you're so close to the water? I learned how in 7th grade when we had pool time in gym class and the teacher gave me some tips. I'm buoyant so it was easy!

I don't use dark mode but my laptop has an eye saver option and I almost always have that turned on. I only turn it off when I need to see real colors for my graphic design. Other than that I don't play on the computer late at night so don't need to turn on dark mode.

I have to listen to music daily! When I'm in the car, the first thing I do is turn on the radio before I even turn on the air conditioning! LOL I also sing and I do that often to keep my voice conditioned.

I've never considered a hot dog a sandwich. I just think it's in its own category all together. When you go to a restaurant, is hot dog ever listed under sandwiches? I've never seen it there.

If I'm playing with younger people then gaming most certainly causes my self-esteem to drop since I'm not as good as they are! I prefer to play alone so no one sees how poorly I do at some of the games! If I get a high score on a game that others think is hard then my self-esteem is definitely boosted.

There are things that I need to touch personally in a store for shopping. For clothing I definitely have to try the items on and that goes for shoes too. For most other things I can simply buy online and it arrives in a day or two.

The worst part of human nature is that we are sinful. The best part is that we're created in God's image according to my beliefs. There are humans who sacrifice themselves for the sake of others and that's a wonderful thing.

I'm a Christian so my beliefs are that when the Lord returns for Judgment Day that everyone will be judged but those who have faith in the Savior will live in the New Jerusalem (a new earth). Because of these beliefs, I do not think that humans will annihilate themselves or the planet unless those are the end times according to God's will.

I use Google out of habit but more and more I find myself using DuckDuckGo. I think Google censors too many of my searches and I'm surprised at some of the sites I'll get when I switch to DuckDuckGo. I think recipes are about the same but things like politics, news articles, even religion can give me different hits.
