I wanna draw too!!! What kind of motivation would get you drawing cars again?

Happy birthday. The 4th for us is basically white Juneteenth blowing their fingers off because of taxes vs slavery. Damn, did I just go there?

There should be a game spoiler section where people are free to debate without spoiler restrictions. That is greatly lacking. How do we talk about games we love for fear of spoilers? When I played TLOU2 I felt all alone in my opinions. It's dead now, nothing matters. Time is over. But I think there could have been great debate when people have completed legendary games like that. Some sites warn you of spoilers before preceding. This is a big issue to be able to feel free to talk about games in full extent.

I can’t single out one thing. I did just get nostalgic thinking about all the plastic models I used to put together. You hate me now cause I was exposed to so much of that glue. 🤔 But my whole life I was always creative. But the way I feel now is to paint everything gold. You know why? Artists will tell you why. All art is a representation of society. Gold. We are in the dark ages. Let’s paint everything gold. Artists are historians.

Sorry to hear about that. There are also cases of death from vaccines that have been mandated for decades. Plus heavy metals in vaccines may have a correlation to ADD and autism. That's why I used to be hard lined anti vac and even got a religious exemption at one point so I can go to a university. But with millions dead from Covid, protection outweighs the risk.

Dump a bunch of tea in the harbor. 😆 Get this damn independence again

The vaccine decreases the seriousness of Covid which is why it saves lives.

Saints Row 3. You can walk around with a giant dildo bat and beat people with it; and run around nude and try to streak as many people as you can. There are other weapons that are just outright funny. You can drive a vehicle that sucks people into a cannon and then shoot them out all over the place. Launch them at building tops and billboards. You have a gun that launches bait at someone and a shark comes out of nowhere to swallow them. It's outright the craziest and funniest game I ever played. Another one is Destroy All Humans

Games that are more fun for something other than actual gameplay
Reality vs Adventure replied to DC's topic in Gaming Forum
I'm going with Layers of Fear series because the gameplay is basically walking through a house (1) or ship (2) and there are jump scares and psychedelic scenes which were awesome. But each scene you come across is a display of art that if you pay attention, you can try to figure out what message it's trying to give you. Each room you come across, everything is what it is for a reason. The color scheme, pictures, arrangement. It might not seem like fun, but look at it from a psychological perspective and you get some all out brilliance. -
I agree. Only so much to say w/o getting political. But 20 years ago we weren't worried about democracy so much and a lot of rights that are now on the chopping block.

My dream home would have to have an outside upper floor big spacious balcony with a view--- that has a lake out there with a boat and my farm. And and and...See what I did? My one thing is a balcony to see 100 other things. 😃

I'd definitely go back to reading books and graphic novels. It's strange to think about life w/o video games now. it's who I am and what I like. Maybe look for some new shows to watch. I just don't feel that much into cable tv anymore. I don't spend as much time trying to win bids collecting anymore, so w/o games I'd probably do a head dive into ebay.

I was real young playing Atari so I can't say I remember much about it. I remember some games I played of course. I must have been 4-5 years old playing Atari.

Trust was normal before the pandemic. How many families, friends, coworkers, etc. knew they were exposed and still could care less about exposing it to you? The pandemic has brought about a lot of mistrust in relationships.

Gum should be free on every corner. That mouth is worse than an A hole.

I've tried to be nice, but all that does is boost their hopes. So now I just walk away. It's just the easiest thing to do. I remember going to the grocery store on either memorial's day or veteran's day, can't remember. They wanted a donation and I turned them down. They were also handing out little American flags and I didn't take one when offered and they were in total shock and demonized me from that point on like I'm anti-American. Honestly, I didn't take it because I thought it was childish. They gonna give me a lollipop too? So I can skip a doodle down the aisles in the store? Is that how they measure patriotism? The flag also reminded me of my gymnastics days where I always carried a flag in my pocket, and it's just something I grew out of. So, no matter if it's a flag, or absolutely anything, people are going to get offended if you linger and don't take what they are offering. Just walk away.

I see where you are coming from. Making eye contact comes naturally when you love someone. But to judge someone by not holding eye contact sets that person up to deception by the simple act of depending on that eye contact and other body gestures. There are plenty of men/women out there that can lie their ass of right to another's face. But like I said, when love is true, it comes naturally. Not something a person should make a deciding factor in a relationship or they could find themselves getting cheated on as the guy maintained great eye contact with his mistress.
-
She probably forces him to stare at her in the eye while he's ravaging her too. How you like me now? I'm not lying. I'm not lying. Ohhh, muy muy grande. Look at me, oi oiii. I'm lookin, I'm lookin. I'm gonna...look. I'm oohhhhh loooooking!!!!
-
I think that probably contributed to my eye contact problem, because our mom would get right in our faces and scream like a mad person. It really did put us in a state of shock.
-
I absolutely hate that too. My mom used to scream at me and my sister like a complete lunatic while we were kids. And it just put us in a kind of shell shock. It's insane. So I'm extra sensitive to yelling. My sister too hates yelling because of that woman.
-
You are correct and that's a societal problem. That's why people need to understand other cultures, and know when somebody is uncomfortable. It goes both ways. Job interviews are more important to be able to hold eye contact. But people take those situations like that from a professional setting into everyday interpersonal communication with others and makes it uncomfortable.
-
For me it has to be when people talk to me and they stand right in front of me and stare at my eyes and never look away. It's very disturbing. When I look to the side, they then move to the side to stay in from of my face. I understand that eye contact is important and respectful, but too much of it I consider to be disrespectful. Something I learned in a cultural psychology class is that in many cultures, people see face to face communication as aggressive. I completely agree with that. I can't remember exactly this old saying, but I think it goes 'friends sit side by side while enemies look at you in the face.' People need to understand that eye contact doesn't mean you have to hold a stare. To me it is highly uncomfortable. It's better to acknowledge them with eye contact, and casually look away here and there, go back to eye contact in a calming way. But a lot of people are probably wacked out on caffeine and yapping away while holding a damn non blinking stare. I feel like punching them. And I know they probably think it's rude that I look to the side. They probably think I'm not paying attention. So it's two highly different ways of communicating coming to clash together. All I can say, please know when to look at something else and don't stare while talking to someone.
