If all jobs had the same pay and hours, what job would you like to have?

I'd work at some animal rescue center or something because I hate to see animals like Tigers, Lions etc. being ill-treated by circus owners because these animals deserve their freedom. Not be our amusement.

DIdn't really grow up with arcade games to be honest. But I do remember playing a fair bit of DDR when it was popular.

Playing Arcade games against your friends as a kid was an activity you would look forward to because you had bragging rights until the next week.

The entitlement comment is really an unfair generalization. I don't think age is an indicator of whether or not someone can make it on their own.

I agree. I know guys my age who still live in their parents' house and I know an 18-year-old chick who lives on her own right now so that statement is baseless.

I didn't even know what else to call this thread - but this imagine is starting to do the rounds of a woman who found her engagement ring before her boyfriend got the chance to propose, shamed it on social media etc.

    https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/relationships/dating/woman-slams-the-engagement-ring-found-in-her-boyfriends-sock-drawer-before-he-proposes/news-story/f6e16b19d1e69b524407aa90637aa2e1

Personally, if I were him and found out about this (and let's face it, good chance he has) I'd be out of there so damn fast.

    Thoughts?

I agree. The fact that he went out of his way (he probably is the average Joe so it must have cost him such a fortune) to get her such an expensive ring to show his commitment and she acts like that...I would've been gone like the wind.

I prefer forums over blog posts/comments. I feel a forum is more personal and more 'connected' between users. It allows you to build up a community where people can meet new friends and such.  For example, I met @Shortie861nearly 10 years ago on a forum, we are now in a relationship and have been for 4 years now. 🙂 So while it's rare, you can even find love on a forum, can't really have that sort of experience over a blog.

I agree with what you said and congrats on a healthy relationship.

If someone is too young to do a job or too old to do a job then they shouldn't be hired. It's probably safer for everyone that they not be hired. What do you guys think?

I agree with this sentiment because the younger employees tend to be inexperienced to handle very demanding situations or suffer from a bit of immaturity. The way older folks tend to suffer from old age-related issues such as slower response time, lack of energy, poor eyesight, judgement and can be quite grumpy...

Maybe this should be in gaming , not sure.. But I haven't played it very long, but recently the language setting changes to anything but English.

    Anyone notice this?

I haven't played Candy Crush in ages so I can't really tell you what is going on with that game.

  8. I would say Lord's Mobile because I enjoy the kingdom wars with my guild - battling for control of the whole kingdom. These battles can go on for up to 30 days (I am not making this up either). Well, the battle that I mentioned was between some way bigger guilds than mine.

    God of War lol

Since I used to play GOW on every PlayStation console before I got into PC gaming, I will agree with this one and the new game seems to be a masterpiece...Too bad us PC players without a PlayStation can't get to enjoy it...(sobs in the corner).

Aye, it’s often mind over matter. I’m sure you can do it if you wanted to. Take little steps and watch lots of videos to get yourself accustomed to the basics. You can do it!

Also to add - where a helmet, elbow and knee pads so that he can protect himself from serious harm in the event of a hard fall.

lol 🤣. In all seriousness, Other than the size difference they are the same thing. When I was really into console gaming, I always got the PlayStation at launch.
