killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Platforms
From my observation, Neo Geo’s cult status in Latin America can be attributed to its superior arcade-quality games, relatively affordable pricing for consoles and cartridges, and a strong regional passion for competitive, high-energy fighting games. -

I once stumbled upon a nearly pristine copy of 'Haunted House,' and its elusive nature along with its eerie, memorable gameplay quickly established it as one of the rarest Atari titles I’ve ever seen. -
How does collecting for Atari compare to NES or Sega Genesis?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Platforms
I believe that while NES and Sega Genesis collections are celebrated for their popular titles and cultural impact, Atari collections are prized for their rarity and the pioneering spirit that defined the early evolution of home consoles. -

By being mindful of the impact our words and media can have on others, we contribute to a healthier online community that values empathy and informed discussion over sensationalism

I really appreciate 'Dishonored' for its open-ended level design and various methods of achieving objectives. Whether you choose stealth, direct combat, or creative use of supernatural abilities, the game empowers you to experiment with different strategies, making every playthrough feel fresh and tailored to your personal approach.

My favorite title in this category is 'Her Story,' a game that abandons traditional linear narratives in favor of an interactive database of video clips. Its fragmented narrative invites you to act as a detective, piecing together a mystery by analyzing interviews, which creates a truly immersive and personal storytelling experience.

I recently started playing Banishers: Ghost Of New Eden and have been impressed by its immersive storytelling and dynamic gameplay mechanics. The game provides a well-balanced mix of challenging puzzles, intense combat, and rich narrative elements that keep me engaged and entertained throughout each session. The only bad thing about it for me is the pacing.

While the Ryzen 5 2400G's integrated graphics can run many modern games at low settings, you may encounter limitations in more graphics-intensive titles. It’s a great entry-level setup, but for a smoother experience in demanding games, upgrading to a dedicated GPU might be necessary. You can try to get something like the RX7600 which is around the $250 mark which should make it possible to play most modern games at 1080p high to max settings.
