For clowns, they are just a pain in the butt saying weird things to the point that you won't be running away from them. They have kids running to them and they will run away from the screaming school kids. Well, I say running away from Females cops 😛 good looking too in that matter. The police are stupid however keep in mind that they can garner the assistance of other law enforcement agencies such as the army, swat and the FBI so they'd eventually find you.
