In this country there are 10,000 drunk driving related deaths a year. But this technology is only for new vehicles and the majority of drivers aren't gonna have new vehicles. So we won't see an affect for probably 10 years from now.

Hmm, that's a huge number of dead casualties coming my drink driving accidents alone. I know the population max in USA is large, but the dead rate per annum for drink driving accident is touching.

It's very absurd and weird that people over 10k are simply dying through the drink driving incident. The government of United States of America is trying their best to offer citizens hope to live a better life, and stay from drink driving pattern.
