Reality vs Adventure Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 The most gruesome games I remember playing is Outlast and The Evil Within 2. I just started The Evil Within 1 and so far... it...is...hell...Do you know of any extra horrific games in horror or even military? I'm talking extra blood, guts, bodies, and limbs. Or some straight up disgusting creature.

Justin11 Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Dead space and Mortar Kombat should be included in your list. The way Mortar Kombat performs it's fatality magic is gruesome indeed, the same thing goes to dead space.
