What are all the ways in which your life is better with gaming in it?

What are all the ways in which your life is better with gaming in it (aside from just being able to enjoy the games themselves)?

For example, I sleep better and have more of a social outlet.

I am they indoor type but not extremely indoor. With video games I simply stay cool and never feel alone at some point in my life, which is very much of a fun.

I understand that consistent gaming will limit my social life, no problem, I don't even associate much offline. I love the idea that video games can enable me stay indoors for the whole year. Such is the case last year when strict lock down was imposed on my country.
