Shortie Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Each year everyone has a specific time of the year that they either start decorating their house for Christmas which includes putting up the Christmas tree. Some people like to do it the day after Halloween which is the 1st November others prefer to decorate just before Thanksgiving if they celebrate or just after Thanksgiving whilst some tend to wait until December. If you decorate for Christmas, when do you tend to start decorating? Do you have a set date or decorate when you feel ready to?
The Blackangel Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 We don't. At least not here at home anyway. I'm not xtian, nor do I believe in xmas. @Rain Dew respects that. She still decorates a tree at her parents' house, but we don't do one here.
CoryAR Posted November 18, 2023 Posted November 18, 2023 Usually my brother and father do the decorating. I hate decorating for holidays, it almost feels like a burden. I guess that's just because I don't really enjoy decorating much.
Bizdustry Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 I decorate for Christmas on the 1st of December. I do enjoy decorating, putting the tree up and lights. It really gives the home a warm feeling and helps get all the family together at such a nice season of the year.
