What’s a band or artist you’ve followed for many years?

What’s a band or artist you’ve been following for a long time? Whether you’ve stuck with them since their early days or rediscovered them later, what is it about their music or style that keeps you coming back? Are they still making music, or have they evolved over the years?

Akon is my favourite artist of all time. His songs in R&B, hip-hop, pop, dancehall and Afrobeat are always evergreen. His latest single "Akon's Beautiful Day" is living rent free in my head.

Easily Disturbed. I’ve been a major fan from the day The Sickness dropped. The cover intrigued me, so I bought the CD. As soon as I heard Draiman’s voice, I knew I had found my favorite band.

But Linkin Park was a damn close second. I just wish Chester’s daemons had been seen. Maybe he would still be here if he had gotten the help he needed. Even their first single (In The End) was him asking for help. Whereas we all just thought it was a great song.

Linkin Park is a band I've been following since the early 2000s as well. I still listen to their songs almost every day and I definitely miss Chester too.

Akon’s trouble nobody is one of my favorites as well. His album “trouble” is a classic.

I loved that song so much too. Locked up, Mr. Lonely - that album had so many hits!
