What games are the worst offenders with bullet sponges?

What games or franchises are the worst of the worst with having too many exhausting bullet sponges? My answer would be pretty much every Bioware game.

Games like the "Dark Souls" series and some boss fights in "Monster Hunter" are notorious for their bullet sponge enemies. They can be frustrating, requiring endless hits to defeat, which sometimes feels tedious rather than challenging. It's a common annoyance for players.

The Division series takes this to ridiculous extremes where you're emptying entire magazines into regular humans wearing hoodies who somehow absorb dozens of headshots without flinching or dying.

The zombies in that game are seriously annoying, as they can grab you so easily. This is in spite of how many handgun bullets you may have fired at them.
