StaceyPowers Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 (edited) Is there a classic game you remember from, for example, the NES days, which hasn't been revisited in decades, and which you think would be cool to be re-imagined now in a different style? @The Blackangel Edited May 15, 2019 by StaceyPowers

The Blackangel Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 There's too many to count. Blaster Master Legacy Of The Wizard A Boy And His Blob Astynax Clash At Demonhead There's tons more, but those are just a quick few off the top of my head. StaceyPowers 1

Which would be your number one choice, and how would you want to see it re-interpreted?
The Blackangel Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 Of those 5, I would probably have to choose A Boy And His Blob. Redo the jellybeans. I get that different flavors make the blob do different things, but it gets to be both a pain in the ass and somewhat boring after a while. Maybe seeing it more 3D would be a good move.

There is a remake of A Boy and his Blob for the Wii, the graphics are really good and the game play and puzzles are really nice, For some reason I never liked the original NES game but I enjoyed the Wii version. I'm guessing that if they make another game is going to be a remastered of the Wii version.
The Blackangel Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I never knew it had been ported to the Wii. Maybe I'll have to dig out my Wii and pick the game up. I'm not a fan of the Wii control system, but I'd be willing to give the game a shot.
