Describe Your Dream House in Detail
killamch89 and one other reacted to The Blackangel for a topic
Deep forest. Seclusion, isolation, silence, and solitude are what I crave the most. The sea shore wouldn't be particularly bad if it wasn't for the fact that it's out in the open where people will be around all the time. So if you can set me up with this cabin deep in the woods, a mile from the nearest road, I'm in hog heaven.2 points -
Famous Places/Things That Totally Disappointed You
The Blackangel reacted to killamch89 for a topic
To be fair, I've also been to a lot of places they claimed to be spooky and when I was there, I was like, "Wait. So this is what I'm supposed to be scared of? Are they trying to bore me to death?"1 point -
Beautiful House in Bad Neighborhood vs. Ugly House in Beautiful Neighborhood?
CharlesK reacted to killamch89 for a topic
Would you rather have a beautiful house in a bad neighborhood or an ugly house in a beautiful neighborhood? Curious to hear your thoughts on this. On one hand, a gorgeous home can be a sanctuary, but safety and surroundings matter too. On the other, an unattractive house in a great area might offer more security and community vibes, but might not feel as homely. What would you choose and why? Discuss!1 point -

Recognizing the Signs: When to Call It Quits in a Relationship?
killamch89 reacted to Ajay25 for a topic
There are a lot of red flags in a relationship. One of the recent ones I came across is Love Bombing, where you rush into a relationship too quickly, often with grand gestures and signs of emotional manipulation1 point -

Check out what Sony thinks gaming and tech will look like in 10 years.

This was a mismash of a lot of creative ideas, and they're all very futuristic but it's interesting. For example, from what I saw in the video, they had everything from a 3D simulated environment, handheld devices, billboards, an entertainment park, etc. I think the ones that are most likely to come ot consumers are the wearables, handheld, and thin-devices. They're the same things as what we have today with our controllers, smartphones, glasses, and more, but thinner and easier to work with.1 point -

Zombie Road out in St Louis. I've been up and down that road hundreds of times, both at night and day, and there's not a goddamn thing there that is even remotely spooky. Let alone haunted or dangerous. The only dangerous thing is getting caught by the cops after dark. If you want a physical lullaby, Zombie Road is for you.1 point -
What’s the weirdest conversation you’ve eavesdropped on?
killamch89 reacted to Knight Barida for a topic
This is a difficult experience to have. I wouldn't even deal being with someone that can be able to treat me this way. I will get them out of my place as soon as I can. Staying with people that gives no fuck about me is never a good way to go. I am happy you found out when you did.1 point -
What’s one habit that makes your life better each day?
killamch89 reacted to Knight Barida for a topic
I like being positive. Having a mindset that everything is going to work well and better for me is all that matters. I don't like a situation where anyone would want to ruin my day as I believe in having that happy mindset most of the time.1 point -
What life skills are rarely taught but extremely useful?
killamch89 reacted to Knight Barida for a topic
I feel that being a chef that can make your meals is one of those skills that should be taught in school. Not everyone believes that it is important to know how to cook, but I feel that it is an important skill to learn. This is irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman.1 point -
When Did You Act Nonchalant but Were Freaking Out Inside?
killamch89 reacted to Knight Barida for a topic
I remembered my experience with someone that I was meeting for the first time. I was really worried then, but acted like all is cool and there is nothing much to worry about. I was happy the meeting went well, and I had nothing to worry about at the end of the day.1 point -
Would you rather be a stand-up comedian or a concert pianist?
killamch89 reacted to Knight Barida for a topic
I would prefer to be a stand-up comedian, and the reason is not far-fetched. Comedy has evolved than what it used to be, and I know that I am going to make lots of money if I am able to become popular as well.1 point -
You guys remember the Paperboy games?
killamch89 reacted to Shortie for a topic
I remember the paperboy games very well but I only played them a few times and not as much as many I remember did. I am also someone who didn't know there was more than one, going to have to take a look now and check those out.1 point -
What’s one habit that makes your life better each day?
killamch89 reacted to Reality vs Adventure for a topic
They are awesome. You would love them. I used to have a few quartz singing bowls but I gave them to my friend that had autism and he loved them! I figured it would benefit him more than me. I sure did love them bowls though. My favorite was the C note, bowls come in different notes. It feels real good to listen to them, therapeutic. Tibetan ones are made from bronze I think, but there are quartz ones too. Can't go wrong with either one.1 point -

A log cabin. Only 4 walls, a roof, and a fireplace. No electricity. No plumbing. It doesn't even need a floor. I want a table, a chair, a bed, and a nightstand beside the bed. The silence and stillness is absolute heaven. I could live happily there for the rest of my life. Maybe someday I'll get my cabin.1 point -

Thanks mate. Losing a parent can be devastating too. I know how broken up I was when after losing my grandmother few years ago. I still miss her whenever I go home and see her grave.1 point
