I cheered for Dale Jr. his entire career. He made some mistakes, but they were minor. I still wonder what would have happened if he had gotten to race for Hendrick Motorsports 5 or 6 years before he did in real life, he could have had so many more career wins. And yes losing a loved one is never easy.
I feel like Dale's son Dale Earnhardt Jr. had a tough road in those first few years after his father's death. It's kind of amazing how well Junior dealt with it all.
I actually think King of the Hill could have a video game. You could have levels where Dale Gribble gets arrested, or Bobby slaps a slushie cup out of another kid's hands, I'm not going to say the possibilities are endless, but they are there.
To NASCAR's credit though, it's top three levels haven't had a death since Dale passed away. If only every form of motorsport was as safe as the top three levels of NASCAR over the last 20 years.
I don't like when achievements are a dubious honor like flipping your car over. That seems counter-intuitive to me. I'll try for achievements if I really want to reach game completion though.
Back when I was on Facebook, I didn't play games, instead I would try to read my whole wall every day. I only had like 200 friends, so it would have been easy enough, given enough time.
