Yep, I'm assuming they'll do that. If I was betting man, I'd wager that Sony'll announce the PS5 at their PSX show next year. Makes sense, right?

I am just as shocked as everyone else. Sony has always had a huge presence at E3 and them skipping it is kind of confusing, but perhaps they will still do their own thing ala Nintendo Direct to still announce some stuff?

Most I’ve spent on a game is the Fallout games (I always buy ALL the dlc for them).

It definitely needed more time in the oven, but having played it for about 10-15 hours, I'm super enamoured with it. I've actually got an Opinion Piece in the pipeline for VGR defending Fallout 76. Keep ya eyes peeled for that over the coming days!

I agree with The Witcher 3! I'd also pay a lot to see more depth in the Dark Souls saga. Practically give me a dark fantasy or Cyberpunk theme and take my money 😄

I just wrapped up my initial playthrough of Bioshock Infinite, and have thought about it pretty much nonstop ever since.
SPOILERS below. Just a few reasons this game blew my mind:
-A logical, well-reasoned story about the multiverse (I feel most people get the concept wrong)
-A different take on the nature and value of choice than you usually see in arguments about choice v. determinism.
-An unbelievably atmospheric setting. Columbia feels “real” to me still, like it’s hidden somewhere, just on the other side of a portal to another world.
-Amazing character development and some of the most brilliant “show-don’t-tell” writing I’ve ever seen. By the end of the game, you know that in a pretty literal way, Booker has been battling his own demons in his own personal hell through the entire game. The setting tells the story of the man.
-Seriously inspirational. The ending ripped my heart out, but at the same time, I loved it as an achievement of ultimate redemption.

This one is one of the very few games that scare me. Mostly because it has to do with sea and I have a huge fear of sea depth. Yeah, I'm terrified of Sea of Thieves too 😄

I didn't even know it existed. That is awesome! I keep wishing someone would adapt Hyperion.
For me: BSG, Firefly, Star Trek (most of them), Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Expanse, Fringe, X-Files, and plenty more in the more generally speculative realm.

Weirdly, Duke Nukem 3D was taken off the PS Vita store here in the EU. Guessing it was a licensing issue. I think I've still got it installed on my Vita, though.

Duke Nukem Nuclear Winter. Ever since Duke nukem 3D Megaton Edition released on PS Vita I've played it every christmas.

Aw, nice! I love a good ol' hike through the mountains. I live in Wales and we're pretty lucky to have some wonderful scenery here, too. I would love to visit Norway one day. There're so many places in the world I'd love to visit. If only I had more time and money. 😥

Argh, how could I forget about that one!? I wanna add that one to my list now:p 

The Last Of Us 2, Elder Scrolls 6, Cyberpunk 2077 and maybe Days Gone are all at the top of my list. If a Darkest Dungeon 2 or new Fallout gets announced then they’d shoot to the top of my list, too.

There’s definitely a case to be made for Super Mario Bros and Minecraft. Both games made a huge impact on gaming’s DNA. GTA III and Modern Warfare III were influential, for sure. Out of the COD titles I think MW1 probably made the biggest impact culturally imho.

That one too! Dark Souls is the epitomy of cool armor. I just watched them all and every single one is excellent!
