  1. for me it's listening to the gamers whine about the game. it's like just play it. if you can't play it without whining about your losses the whole time nobody wants to see that.
  2. i work in healthcare and i'm here to tell you covid is still very much alive and well. i have some friends that do 24 hr gaming streams. one is coming up on his 12 month sober anniversary and wants to do a 24 hr stream next month. if i'm off i'm gonna try to hang out. i told him if he needed an extra mod for the day i'd be down for it. i mod for another guy on twitch. he hardly gets any viewers bless his heart. he's a pretty cool guy. i've been with him from the beginning on twitch. i met him on facebook. he made me a mod even though i had no clue what to do. i ended up googling the info so i could at least do the basics for now. i just don't see how these people can do this full time and make enough to live on. i would feel weird streaming and expecting people to pay to watch me play video games all day.
  3. LOL! I didn't either at the time. It was on a disc. Like a CD type disc. I finally ended up sending off for the cheats cuz I got stuck at the butchering plant. The little mini games were hilarious. The hock a loogie was gross but hysterical. LOL! At one point in the video game you can make Beavis pick up a dead squirrel.
  4. so i have a question... there's a possibility this game could come to the switch. does the cat have dangers to get away from that might be a little scary for the player? or that might make someone's anxiety worse? i'm asking because as i'm aging i've been having some health issues and i'm trying to find games that won't bother me. i finally had to dump my shooter games.
  5. I hate to think what kind of life I'd had if I had gotten addicted to video games when I was a kid.
  6. This is what they offered on the PC.
  7. i'm not a parent but i think every child deserves to be a kid and play outside with friends before they become video game junkies. problem is there aren't many if any other kids outside playing.
  8. i've had both mine for nearly 3 yrs. not had any trouble with them. my original expensive switch that could be hooked to the tv got stolen. i hope to replace it with an oled at some point.
  9. i usually play one more than the other two but i like to mix it up and give them all some play time when i can. i'm a noob on minecraft so sometimes when learning i get a tad frustrated and go do something else for a bit.
  10. i've had both the lite and the regular switches and never had any joycon drift at all. so i don't know. i don't know what is causing it for you.
  11. LOL! Not odd because I can understand where they're coming from even if it is stupid. Leaders in other countries are always concerned about things that go against their belief systems or their governments. As for the one about the search for power...they don't wanna put any ideas in their heads to make them try to overthrow the government.
  12. as long as i'm given an option for some sort of communication voiced or otherwise i guess it doesn't bother me.
  13. i have a couple nintendo switch lites.
  14. i don't mind it because it is my only source of entertainment so it's worth it
  15. waaaaaay more than any other form of entertainment other than eating.
  16. "Skyrim the protagonists are not voiced, but they do have dialogue" what does that mean? do you have an example in skyrim?
  17. i looked at the gameplay on youtube. i just didn't find it interesting.
  18. fall guys. might either do mariokart deluxe or minecraft or both later. lol
  19. it's not that you should leave. it's just the way the post came off. it didn't sound like you were joking. it's great that you like the physical games. none of us said we didn't like them. some of us just like the online option. i'm not in the best of health so it just made me feel like i was being shamed for not wanting to leave the house. nobody is faulting you. to each their own. ya know?
  20. Yeah so? We have every right to decide how we purchase something. I hate going into stores because of the people and the whole Covid thing has kept me from desiring to be in a store with a bunch of other mouth breathers. For shame? What shame? As long as I'm happy isn't that kinda the point?
  21. $35,000 for a Virtual Reality set up?
