    P.C here 😄

Would you mind posting a picture of your setup and telling us the specifications? Is PC your main platform for gaming or do you have others such as Consoles and Handheld devices? What's the reasoning behind your answer today?

You posted two of your favourite games. If you had to pick one, what would be your favourite game for 2018 and why? In terms of gaming, what would you like the games industry to release in 2019? New consoles, new games, or a new type of gaming? Are you waiting on any video games to be released sometime Next Year?

I personal think PC games are boring. I was never able to get into it.

Why, any answer to why console gamer rather than PC. As previously mentioned, I prefer PC Gaming and you can do all of the following and more on a PC. Here are some reasons why you should choose this platform over Console:

    • Modifying a game to introduce game mods is really easy.
    • No online service fee
    • Video Games are cheaper to purchase for a personal computer.
    • Build your computer how you want it to be with the right specifications.

Well you can get a Samsung Galaxy tab S4 64 gb on eBay (brand new) for around your budget (525) and it comes with expandable storage so you can buy a 256gb Sandisk microSD card because the 256gb version is about $700 US which is outside your budget. It is one of the few Android tablets that can rival the Ipad in terms of performance and it has 7300 mah battery which is a lot of juice.

Thank you for the suggestion. Tablets definitely have more memory than phones, without a doubt. I found the following.

Amazon - 257GB Sandisk MicroSD - for just over £100.00

Samsung Galaxy tab S4 64 gb at Argos for just over £500.00

The total nearly comes to £700.00 which is just above my budget. Even though, it's above what I've planned on spending, I believe it'll be a good investment as I haven't got a Handheld Gaming Device. If I decided to purchase this device of Argos, how do you go about installing the Micro SD Card into the Tablet? Thank you for your help and recommendations

    I hate games with apps

Do you completely avoid the mobile platform or on the otherhand just purchase video games on the app store/playstore without any advertisements that are good value for money? How do you mainly game, PC, Console, or another handheld device? What advice would you give to overcome advertising in games?

  7. Providing a further update to this topic, recently made a purchase of £1.99 to Smash Hit for the premium version so I can resume where I died from without having to start all over again. Definitely worth the purchase in return for the entertainment and enjoyment. Provides less frustration and boredom not having to start from Checkpoint one, again.

The issue is battery life. I agree that I don't use my tablet for much more than gaming and ebook reading but I need my phone for business and emergencies. It's not like you'll just find a carrier pigeon hanging around when your phone runs out of juice 😂

Powerbanks can always be an option for absolute emergencies. I always carry one with me. Phones are easy to drop, what protection do you have? Glass/plastic screen protector, phone case, etc?

I like Smash Hit. My girlfriend turned me onto that game. Can't get too far though.

I recommend Township Mobile. It's an awesome game if you like games like Farmville.

How far did you get into it? The levels get harder as you go along. I remember Smash Hit being frustrating at times as when you died you had to start all over again which got reasonably tedious, you couldn't resume to where you died without investing in the premium version for £1.99, which I ended up doing. I completed all of the levels including Level 9 and 10 (Final Checkpoints). One of the most hardest achievements however I'm proud of myself for doing this.

Just like you I'll watch reviews and do my research on any game before I make a purchase but when it comes to mobile games...I just go with my instinct and try and if I like it, I'll keep playing it.

As you trust your instinct sometimes, you may not enjoy playing it and regret the purchase decision? Do you rent or buy? Would renting be a better option to trial the video game at first see if you'll enjoy it in the long-run and then you could choose to purchase it. This way, If you don't like the game, you haven't bought the game and you shall end up saving more cash.

    They suck. Plain and simple.

At the end of the day, it's a free application and your not paying for the service your receiving. Besides the point, Adblock works well in Google Chrome to block intrusive advertising in videos on platforms like YouTube however I haven't found a plugin/mod that works on Android the same way. What's the best way to avoid mobile games with Advertising, is the best idea just to stay clear of free applications and only invest in paid games?

  12. One of my pet hates is spending alot of money on a phone when you don't have to. The maximum monetary value I would spend on a phone is £150-200. The Huawei Y7 is good value and I'd highly recommend it, 12.99 monthly or £130.00 for Sim Free

Definitely go with the tablet for gaming unless you can get a brand new phone that uses micro SD storage and you can get a 256 GB micro SD card for $25 on Ebay.

What tablet would you recommend? What retailer will offer the value for my cash? My budget is £500.00 and I'm looking for 256GB storage minimum on the Android platform. Here are three of the top mobile games I intend to download:

    1. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

    2. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

    3. Smash Hit

GTA V is an old game now?

Nearly 6 years since the initial release. In the next 4 years, it would be nice to see version six released. It's easy to get bored in the game especially when you accomplished everything financially and in terms of missions. That's just my opinion, we are all entitled to one.

  16. I have no problem with violence in video games. At the end of the day, it's virtual reality, not real life and you learn to separate from the two. Majority of people have knowledge between the right and wrong and won't do it in their real life.

  17. First person shooter? (FPS) Doing some research, I find a tutorial on YouTube you can watch aswell as some of my personal tips below.

    • Don't stand their like a noob, take cover when necessary and let your opponent come to you.
    • Shoot and Aim, don't immediately shoot when you see your potential enemy. The player may be on your team and gun shots will only attract more opponents
    • Don't panic
