It's based in Hammerfell so it'll likely be more about the Redguards, Orcs and Bretons in that region since those three races are the most dominant in that area. -

The emotional resonance is definitely amplified when you're physically present in an art installation. I experienced a virtual recreation of Van Gogh's bedroom and felt more connected to his mental state than any museum visit ever achieved.
